What we don't claim. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and we haven't completed a third-party penetration test. Those are on the roadmap and this page changes the day they are held — not before. Everything above is a practice we follow today and will put in writing for your review.

No. The Free, Pro and Elite tiers on our pricing page are individual plans with monthly lab allowances. Campus agreements are sized to your cohort and term, so a class of sixty running a lab in the same session is a capacity question we plan for, not a quota they hit.
We follow the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR data-rights model — export and erasure on request, with tenant isolation between institutions. Our full posture, including how lab containers are locked down, is on the Security page and the Trust Center.
We publish a clause-by-clause map rather than an alignment percentage, and the map's headline finding is that no single clause is fully satisfied by the platform alone.
As of 8 August 2026 the map covers 131 clauses drawn from the AICTE Model Curricula (Minor Degree in Cyber Security, UG CSE, Emerging Areas), the AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2024-25, the AICTE Internship Policy, NEP 2020, the National Credit Framework, the NSQF 2023 notification, the NCVET Awarding Body Guidelines 2025, the UGC Academic Bank of Credits Regulations 2021 and the SWAYAM Guidelines 2024. 120 of those 131 clauses were checked against retrieved primary source text; the remaining 11 are listed in the map with the exact document needed to close them, and they are excluded from every figure we publish.
Against those 120 source-verified clauses:
Eight of those 120 rows are a second rendering of a clause already counted (the AICTE Minor Degree courses and the Emerging Areas course, retrieved from two AICTE URLs). Deduplicated, the figures are 0 of 112 full, 46 of 112 (41%) partial, 66 of 112 (59%) none. We publish both, and we do not round either up.
We do not publish a single “% AICTE aligned” figure, because the corpus is not homogeneous — a clause requiring a 20-seat computer laboratory and a clause requiring Huffman coding are not commensurable — and because most clauses in it are credit, examination, accreditation, infrastructure and placement obligations that only a college can discharge.
Specifically, and to save your committee the trouble of finding out later, CyberKul does not and cannot: award academic credit; deposit credit to the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC accepts credits only from Registered HEIs and is expressly barred from accepting them from third parties); assign an NSQF or NHEQF level; act as an NCVET-recognised Awarding Body or Assessment Agency; act as a SWAYAM host institute; or provide internships, apprenticeships or placements. We hold no AICTE, UGC, NCVET or NAAC recognition of any kind.
Three things we will not claim, because they are checkable and false: there is no AICTE “Cyber Security micro-specialisation” — AICTE defines none, so nobody can be aligned to it; there is no standalone AICTE model curriculum for a full UG degree in Cyber Security, so no platform can be “mapped to the AICTE B.Tech Cyber Security syllabus”; and there is no AICTE-mandated number of lab hours per week — any lab-hours figure must come from a specific course's printed L:T:P line.
What we do claim, and what the map backs: CyberKul's strongest evidenced contributions are to NEP 24.4(f) (virtual labs for hands-on learning at scale — 28 containerised labs plus the arenas), NEP 4.6 (experiential and competency-based learning) and the practical strands of the AICTE Minor Degree courses CBS-01, CBS-02 and CBS-05 and the Emerging Areas Cyber Security course. Even there the verdict is PARTIAL, and the map lists exactly what is missing — including, honestly: no Windows environment anywhere, no IDS/IPS or firewall-configuration labs, no crypto implementation content, no disk-imaging or acquisition workflow, no report-graded deliverables, no cyber-law or compliance content, and no professional-ethics module.
The realistic route to credit runs through your institution, not through us: your Board of Studies adopts CyberKul as an educational technology under ABC Regulation 6(5) or as an additive supplementary programme under NCrF 3.2.8, sets its own outcomes and evaluation scheme, and awards and deposits the credit itself. We supply the delivery environment and the internal-assessment evidence underneath that.
